Our proudest achievements
One of our most challenging and rewarding projects was Old Hall in Hadfield, built in the 1600s. Repointed in the 1960s with extremely hard cement, it was one of the dampest properties we'd encountered, with perishing stonework. After repointing the entire house in 2022, it is now bone dry, full of life, and looks absolutely amazing. Seeing the smiles on owners' faces and knowing our work has given a building a new lease of life is truly satisfying. We often revisit properties around six months later to ensure the lime is performing perfectly.
